A 2-PERSON EXHIBITION: Brandon Dunlap & Paul Pavlovich

Stranger Factory art space is proud to present “Wretched Ties” a two person exhibition of new works by nationally recognized fine artists Brandon Dunlap and Paul Pavlovich. The exhibition opens August 5th with a reception from 6-9pm.

Brandon Dunlap is a prolific multi-media artist creating his visions through painting, mixed media collage, printmaking and ceramics. His work aesthetic incorporates both organic and mechanically calculated imagery, which can be deceptively alluring often playing with your sensibilities as you confront candy coated colors and humor beneath which lie incisive statements about the world that lurks inside and outside his mind… Brandon received his Masters from the University of Florida in painting and printmaking and his unique approach to creating images often incorporates his mastery of printmaking.

Paul Pavlovich is a Florida based artist, graphic designer, illustrator and musician. He graduated and became an ‘alumni’ of the Ringling School of Art and Design. His powerful figurative works often reflect the socio-political landscape and the condition of human nature and engage an emotional connection with the viewer. Pavlovich often infuses and juxtaposes assembled surface elements in his works that create a very dramatic iconography skewed with surreal narrative. His unique works are internationally recognized and have their way into Museums, Art Centers and art collections…

The Stranger Factory brings a fresh perspective to the American art + design scene, connecting world class artists from the Pop Surrealist and Lowbrow movements to New Mexico. Dedicated to providing aspiring art collectors the opportunity to begin their collections with original artworks and limited edition releases at affordable prices, Stranger Factory is not only a collaborative effort among the artists…but between the space and its patrons as well.
